My Approach
I believe therapy offers more than relief from suffering — it can reconnect you to authenticity, self-trust, and meaningful connection. When you're simply trying to get through the day, it's hard to imagine a future with more ease or fulfillment. Couples Therapy
I work with couples navigating relationship challenges, communication patterns, and moments where connection feels out of reach. My approach is insight-oriented and practical, blending client-centered, somatic, mindfulness, and narrative techniques. I tailor sessions to meet you where you are, supporting growth in ways that align with your values and goals as a couple.
Individual Therapy
I support adults in New York navigating depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions. I have extensive experience in grief and bereavement and run a number of focused groups for those struggling with loss in all stages of life. I draw on CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, and skills-based techniques, helping clients develop greater insight and practical tools for daily life.
