I work with adults and couples in New York navigating depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is insight-oriented and practical, blending client-centered, somatic, mindfulness, CBT, narrative, and skills-based techniques. I tailor sessions to meet each client where they are, supporting growth in ways that align with their values, goals, and daily life.
