Elana Kravitz, LMSW

My Approach

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. I'm passionate about helping young people develop awareness and insight into who they are and cultivate an innate sense of confidence. I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while learning practical tools for creating balance and finding more meaning and joy.

Individual Therapy

I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and academic-related stress. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I work with clients to create a unique toolkit of strategies and positive coping mechanisms for emotional awareness and resilience.

Together, we work to ride the waves of stress, balance emotional reactions, and overcome challenges related to school, social pressures, and building up your identity.

What It's Like to Work Together

In our sessions, you'll find a space where you can explore who you are, develop the tools you need, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges. Whether you're a young adult finding your way or a parent seeking support for your teen, my goal is to help create lasting change and growth.
