Many of my clients come in high-achieving and exhausted — holding it together on the outside while quietly navigating anxiety, burnout, or the pressure of figuring out who they are and what they actually want. Good therapy creates space to slow down, get honest, and build real clarity about what's driving your patterns and where you want to go. I work with people in their 20s and 30s who are managing anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw on CBT to help identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, psychodynamic principles to explore how your past is showing up in your present, and mindfulness and somatic-based techniques to support a deeper connection between mind and body. Attachment-based and strengths-based frameworks also inform how I work, helping you better understand yourself in relation to others and build on what's already working.
I tend to be a good fit if you're navigating:
Career stress, burnout, or a professional transition
Anxiety that shows up as perfectionism, overthinking, or over-functioning
Relationship challenges — romantic, family, or self-concept
Identity development, major life changes, or a general sense of feeling stuck
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a direct, nonjudgmental style to every session. My goal is for therapy to feel like a genuine conversation — one with real depth and direction. I'll meet you where you are, and I'll also gently challenge you when that's what the work calls for. Everyone who walks in brings a different story, and I tailor my approach to fit you.
