Wellness has always mattered to me—but like many of the people I now work with, I didn’t always live that way. Early in my career in consulting, those values were replaced by long hours, high expectations, and the unspoken pressure to keep up. From the outside, things looked successful. Internally, it was a different story.
Over time, I saw how common this experience is—driven, capable people burning out while still performing at a high level. That realization led me to shift paths, pursue clinical training, and ultimately build here/now—a practice designed for people who want more than surface-level coping. People who want to feel better and live differently.
My style is warm, engaged, and non-pathologizing. I’m not a blank slate. I bring curiosity, honesty, and a grounded presence into the room, and I see therapy as an active, collaborative process.
I draw from a range of approaches—including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based work, parts work, and attachment-based therapy—integrating them in a way that feels practical and relevant to your life. I am also certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 and Somatic Experiencing, with postgraduate training in Buddhist Psychology through the Nalanda Institute.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, career stress, chronic health issues, or a persistent sense of feeling “stuck”—even when things are objectively going well. Often, they’ve tried therapy before and found it helpful, but limited. Our work goes deeper. It’s about gaining clarity, shifting long-standing patterns, and creating a way of moving through your life that feels more aligned, sustainable, and fully your own.
I bring empathy, steadiness, and a sense of humor into the therapy room. My goal is to create a space where you can think clearly, feel more grounded, and make meaningful changes—with a growing sense of self-trust along the way.
